宋朝与交趾、占城的犀角贸易研究

摘　　要：宋朝时期,犀角因其药用和装饰价值被进一步开发,成为皇室、官僚、商贾以及百姓追捧的对象。交趾、占城地区曾广泛分布犀牛种群,两国提供大量的犀角资源供宋朝宗室官宦使用。但犀角合法贸易的供应不足、市舶抽买过重等多种因素导致宋代民间犀角走私贸易存在。宋朝政府试图通过强化立法、加强监管、完善市舶流通手续等措施抑制犀角走私活动,但效果欠佳。而宋朝所采取的加强市舶司、榷场以及博易场的管理等措施,提高了国家财政收入,推动宋朝海外贸易发展,也利于维护市场交易秩序和合法商人的经营利益。During Song Dynasty,rhinoceros horn was highly developed for its medicinal and decorative values,becoming a sought-after commodity among the royal members,officials,merchants as well as ordinary people.Jiaozhi and Champa used to have a large population of rhinoceros,and the two countries provided a large number of rhinoceros horns for Song Dynasty royal family and officials.However,due to the short supply of legal rhinoceros horns,the excessive taxation by the ShiBo Department,there existed a widespread folk smuggling of rhinoceros horns in Song Dynasty.The Song Dynasty government tried to suppress the folk smuggling of rhinoceros horns by strengthening legislation,increasing market supervision,and improving the procedures for the circulation of goods through the Customs.However,the effects were not as expected.The measures taken by the Song government to strengthen the management of the ShiBo Department,the Quechang and the Trading Markets not only helped to increase the state's fiscal revenue and promote the development of overseas trade,but also helped to maintain market transaction order and the interests of legitimate businessmen.
