区域一体化背景下长株潭产业差异化发展研究

摘　　要：分工协作是社会经济发展的重要驱动力,如何通过有序分工实现产业错位与深度融合发展,是长株潭一体化亟待解决的重要课题。利用文本分析、问卷调查等方法,从政府、企业、公众等多个角度获取长株潭65类产业的相关数据,测算出三市产业发展的资源能力和未来前景指数,并通过构建产业匹配矩阵,获得三市产业差异化发展的序列选择。结果表明,标准产业分类中的科学研究和技术服务业、软件和信息技术服务业、金融业、互联网和相关服务业,以及新兴产业分类中的新能源产业,都居于长株潭三市优先发展序列的前列,差异化发展需要在产业内部的深度分工协作上做文章;在新兴产业的培育和强化上,长沙的数字创意产业、人工智能产业,株洲的低空经济产业、新材料产业,湘潭的新能源汽车产业、大健康产业等,应该成为三市产业差异化发展的基本取向。Division of labor is an important driving force for social and economic development,and the method for realizing industrial dislocation and deep integration development through orderly division of labor is an important topic for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integration.This paper uses text analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods to obtain the relevant data of 65 types of industries in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan from multiple perspectives,such as government,enterprises and the public,to measure the resource capacity index and future prospect index of industrial development in the three cities.By constructing the industry matching matrix,the sequence selection of differentiated development of industries in the three cities are obtained.The results show that scientific research and technology service industry,software and information technology service industry,financial industry,internet and related service industry in standard industry classification,as well as new energy industry in emerging industry classification are at the forefront of the priority development sequence of the three cities of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan.Differentiated development needs to be done in the deep division of labor and collaboration within the industry.In terms of cultivating and strengthening emerging industries,the digital creative industry and artificial intelligence industry in Changsha,the low altitude economy industry and new material industry in Zhuzhou,and the new energy vehicle industry and big health industry in Xiangtan will become the basic orientation for the differentiated development for industries in the three cities.
