摘 要:探讨了离子选择电极法测定水中氟化物含量的影响因素,并确定最佳实验条件。通过调节总离子强度调节缓冲溶液(TISAB)的pH值、改变测量温度,测定不同条件下氟化物标准系列溶液的电位值,分析各因素对水中氟化物含量测定值的影响。研究表明,当水中氟化物浓度为0.1~3.0 mg/L、测量温度为25℃、TISAB的pH值为6.0时,离子选择电极法测定氟化物含量的相对误差与相对标准偏差均小于1%,标准曲线拟合优度高达0.999 99,说明在上述条件下该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度。This study investigates the influencing factors of the ion-selective electrode(ISE)method for determining fluoride content in water and optimizes the experimental conditions.By adjusting the pH value of the Total Ionic Strength Adjustment Buffer(TISAB)and varying the measuring temperature,this paper measures the potential values of fluoride standard series solutions under different conditions and analyzes the effects of these factors on the determination results.The research demonstrates that when the fluoride concentration in water ranges from 0.1 to 3.0 mg/L,with a measurement temperature of 25°C and a TISAB pH of 6.0,the relative error and relative standard deviation(RSD)of the ISE method are both less than 1%,and the goodness-of-fit of the standard curve is as high as 0.99999.These findings indicate that the method achieves high accuracy and precision under the aforementioned conditions.
