富水铁路隧道在不同水压下衬砌结构承载安全性有限元模拟及试验监测

摘  要:依托武九客专石马寨隧道工程施工实例,采取有限元分析法对隧道衬砌结构开展数值模拟分析,评价弯矩、轴力联合作用下承受水荷载的隧道结构承载性能,并通过小偏心、大偏心两种方式分别对隧道衬砌结构承载性能及安全状态进行评价。测试结果显示:模拟所得的水压力包络值与实际测量结果之间误差最大值仅有1 kPa,轴力、弯矩共同作用下结构承载力与标准极限承载力也几乎一致,有效确保了工程质量及施工安全。Based on the construction example of Shimazhai Tunnel project on the Wuhan-Jiujiang Passenger Dedicated Line,this paper adopts the finite element analysis method to conduct numerical simulation analysis on the tunnel lining structure,evaluate the bearing performance of the tunnel structure under the combined action of bending moment and axial force,and evaluate the bearing performance and safety status of the tunnel lining structure through two methods:small eccentricity and large eccentricity.The test results show that the maximum error between the simulated water pressure envelope value and the actual measurement result is only 1kPa,and under the combined action of axial force and bending moment,the structural bearing capacity is almost the same as the standard ultimate bearing capacity,effectively ensuring the project quality and construction safety.
