摘  要:随着我国乡村振兴战略的实施,一系列土地房屋基础调查形成了大量二维房产和专题数据。近年来随着网络地理信息技术、三维建模和可视化技术的发展,二维数据的缺点逐渐显现,二维到三维的数据转换成为研究热点。然而,现存的大量二维数据短期内难以完全更替,亟需一个兼容二三维数据的展示管理平台。针对上述需求,文中基于Revit二次开发技术和Cesium三维引擎,对三维模型的自动化构建与二三维可视化进行了研究。主要成果包括:首先提出基于几何相似性原理的矢量数据自动匹配方法,实现了不同尺度、位置、方向的同名实体自动识别与匹配;其次研究了从二维数据到三维模型的自动化建模方法;最后设计实现了基于Cesium的二三维一体化平台,开发了日照分析、淹没分析等功能模块,并采用MongoDB实现海量空间数据的分布式存储。实验表明,本文提出的技术方案能够高效实现三维自动化建模与二三维一体化的数据展示与管理。With the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy,a series of land and housing surveys have generated a large amount of 2D(two-dimensional)real estate and thematic data.In recent years.With the development of WEBGIS,3D(three-dimensional)modeling,and visualization technologies,the limitations of 2D data have become increasingly apparent,making the conversion from 2D to 3D data a research hotspot.However,the existing large volume of 2D data cannot be completely replaced in the short term,creating an urgent need for a display and management platform compatible with both 2D and 3D data.To address these needs,this paper conducted research on automated 3D model construction and 2D-3D visualization based on Revit secondary development technology and the Cesium 3D engine.First,proposing a vector data automatic matching method based on geometric similarity principles,achieving automatic identification and matching of homonymous entities of different scales,positions,and orientations;second,developing an automated modeling method for converting 2D data to 3D models;finally,designing and implementing an integrated 2D-3D platform based on Cesium,developing functional modules such as sunlight analysis and flood analysis,and implementing distributed storage of massive spatial data using MongoDB.Experimental results demonstrate that the technical solution proposed in this paper can efficiently achieve automated 3D modeling and integrated display and management of 2D-3D data.
