中医护理适宜技术在社区重点人群中的需求状况及应用的范围综述

摘　　要：目的对中医护理适宜技术在社区重点人群中的需求状况及应用情况进行范围审查,为临床开展相关研究提供参考。方法系统检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中华医学期刊全文数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)中的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2025年2月1日,以澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)范围综述指南为方法学框架对纳入文献进行分析。结果共纳入22篇文献。其中,慢性病患者中医护理适宜技术的需求倾向于按摩、情志护理、饮食调护;老年患者需求更偏向穴位按摩、耳穴压贴;儿童的需求主要为推拿;孕产妇更青睐穴位按摩。结论近年来我国社区重点人群对于中医护理适宜技术需求逐渐增加,应用较为广泛。建议开展社区中医护理健康宣教,构建“互联网+中医护理”智能化管理平台,将中医护理适宜技术更好地融入社区。Objective To conduct a comprehensive review on the demand status and application scenarios of appropriate techniques in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing among key populations in the community,and provide references for conducting relevant clinical research.Methods The relevant literatures in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,SinoMed,Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database,CNKI,VIP database and Wanfang database were systematically searched until February 1,2025.The included literature was analyzed using the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Scoping Review Guidelines in Australia as a methodological framework.Results A total of 22 literatures were included.Among them,the demand of TCM nursing technology for chronic disease patients tends to be massage,emotional nursing,diet nursing;Elderly patients'needs are more inclined to acupressure and auricular point pressure paste;Children's needs are mainly for massage;Pregnant women prefer acupressure.Conclusion In recent years,the demand for appropriate technology of TCM nursing in Chinese communities has gradually increased.It is suggested to carry out community health education of TCM nursing,build an"Internet+"intelligent nursing management platform,and integrate the appropriate technology of TCM nursing into the community better.
