摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐疗法干预多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变的效果。方法选取2021年10月—2023年10月医院收治的确诊为多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗干预,观察组在常规西医干预基础上增加火龙罐疗法。根据NCI-CTC AE 4.0版本周围神经病变的分级标准和疼痛数字等级量表(NRS),对两组患者的临床疗效进行评定。结果观察组总有效率80.00%(24/30),对照组总有效率33.33%(10/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组NRS评分较干预前下降,且观察组NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论火龙罐疗法能有效减轻多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变患者感觉异常、麻木、疼痛等症状,提高患者的舒适度及满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of Huolong cupping therapy in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy in patients with multiple myeloma.Methods A total of 60 multiple myeloma patients with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients receive routine medication therapy,and those in the observation group were given Huolong cupping therapy.The National Cancer Institute-Common Toxicity Criteria 4.0(NCI-CTC 4.0)and Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)on pain were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy the treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(80.00%vs.33.33%,P<0.05).The NRS score decreased in both two groups after intervention,and NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Huolong cupping therapy is potentially effective to relieve the,unusual sensations,numbness,and pain symptoms caused by peripheral neuropathy in patients with multiple myeloma,and improve comfort and satisfaction of patients.
