摘　　要：目的探讨通窍刮痧疗法治疗儿童肺脾气虚证变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2023年5月—2024年9月医院儿科门诊收治的30例肺脾气虚证变应性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,进行回顾性分析总结。基于中医辨证实施2周的通窍刮痧疗法,配合生活护理、饮食护理和情志护理。对比治疗前后鼻炎症状评分和鼻炎体征评分。结果治疗后患儿鼻炎症状评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);依据鼻炎症状改善情况,治疗有效29例,治疗显效1例,总有效率100.00%。治疗后患儿鼻炎体征评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);鼻炎体征评分改善有效21例,显效6例,总有效率为90.00%。结论通窍刮痧疗法治疗儿童肺脾气虚证变应性鼻炎效果明确,可有效改善患儿鼻炎症状。Objective To investigate the effect of the Tongqiao Gua Sha therapy in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen Qi deficiency.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 30 children diagnosed with allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen Qi deficiency who visited the pediatric outpatient department from May 2023 to September 2024.A two-week of Tongqiao Gua Sha therapy based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation was applied,and comprehensive nursing interventions on daily living,dietary and psychological health were carried out during the treatment.The changes in rhinitis symptom score and physical sign score before and after treatment were compared.Results There was a significant decrease in rhinitis symptom score after treatment(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of Tongqiao Gua Sha therapy in relieving rhinitis symptom was 100.00%.There was a significant decrease in physical sign score after treatment(P<0.01),and total effective rate of Tongqiao Gua Sha therapy in improving physical sign was 90.00%.Conclusion The Tongqiao Gua Sha therapy is effective in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen Qi deficiency,effectively relieving the rhinitis symptoms in affected children.
