穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包干预1例心力衰竭合并痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例心力衰竭合并痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床护理实践。患者入院后实施系统化护理评估,基于中医辨证施护原则确立护理目标,采用穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包干预,辅以情志调护与膳食管理等综合护理措施,有效缓解患者胸闷、气促、头晕、双下肢疼痛及失眠等临床症状。This article summarizes the nursing practice of a heart failure patient with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy.After admission,a systematic nursing assessment was carried out.Nursing aims were set following the TCM syndrome differentiation.Interventions included acupoint application therapy and Chinese herbal medicine warm compress therapy,with emotion regulation and dietary management,were applied to relieve the chest distress,dyspnea,dizziness,lower-limb pain,and insomnia of the patient.
