耳穴疗法联合局部刮痧治疗透析相关性腕管综合征1例护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例采用耳穴疗法联合局部刮痧治疗透析相关性腕管综合征患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证分型,结合患者个体情况,采用耳部按摩、耳部刮痧、耳穴贴压等耳穴综合疗法,联合患侧手掌及腕部虎符铜砭刮痧。通过多维度的中医护理干预,达到调动气血、疏经通络、松解粘连、调和气血的干预效果。经过系统干预,患者疼痛缓解,患侧手部握拳运动及活动度明显改善。This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with dialysis-related carpal tunnel syndrome treated with auricular acupoint therapy combined with local scraping therapy.Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing assessment on illness condition of the patient,nurses had carried out a comprehensive treatment including auricular acupoint massage,Gua Sha,and auricular acupoint pressing.Tongbian Guasha on the palm and wrist on the affected upper limb was adopted in addition to the compressive auricular acupoint therapy,The multidimensional Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing interventions are effective to relieve the pain and improve the range of motion of affected limb by regulating qi and blood circulation,unblocking meridians and collaterals,relieving adhesions,and balancing qi and blood.
