督灸联合中药直肠滴入在1例溃疡性结肠炎患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：本文总结1例溃疡性结肠炎患者的护理过程,探讨督灸联合中药直肠滴入在溃疡性结肠炎护理中的应用效果。在完善各项临床检查基础上,实施中医特色护理技术督灸联合中药直肠滴入,治疗期间配合常规护理、情志护理及饮食指导。通过辨证施护进行干预,能有效缓解溃疡性结肠炎临床症状。This paper summarized the nursing practice of a patient with ulcerative colitis,and investigated the effect of moxibustion on Du meridian combined with rectal administration of Chinese herbal medicine solution in relieving clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis.Based on a comprehensive diagnosis and nursing assessment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing techniques including moxibustion on Du meridian combined with rectal administration of Chinese medicine solution were carried out,in combination with routine nursing,emotion regulation and dietary guidance.Nursing interventions by syndrome differentiation are effective to relive the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis.
