摘　　要：本文总结体外冲击波联合理筋推拿手法治疗1例慢性踝关节损伤患者的护理体会。通过远红外热成像检测患者人体功能状态,在完善护理评估的基础上,给予体外冲击波联合理筋推拿手法,配合饮食指导、情志护理、疼痛护理和功能锻炼指导,有效缓解患者踝关节慢性疼痛及肿胀症状,改善步行能力,提高患者生活质量。This paper summarized the nursing practice of a patient with chronic injury of the ankle.Based on the body function evaluated by far-infrared thermal imaging and basic nursing assessment,a combination of extracorporeal shock wave and tendon-regulating Tui Na therapy was applied to relieve the chronic pain and swelling symptoms caused by chronic injury of the ankle.Additionally,nursing interventions such as dietary guidance,emotion regulation,pain management and functional exercise were carried out to improve the walking ability and quality of life of the patient.
