火龙罐疗法缓解1例胫骨平台骨折患者术前肿胀的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结火龙罐疗法缓解1例胫骨平台骨折患者术前肿胀的护理体会。护理团队密切评估、监测患肢的肿胀程度、疼痛、活动能力以及皮肤温度等关键指标,开展消肿护理、疼痛管理、饮食指导,积极预防静脉血栓栓塞症;同时依据患肢肿胀的具体情况,实施火龙罐疗法,有效减轻患者术前的肿胀程度,改善局部微循环,进而缓解疼痛,为患者术前准备及术后康复奠定坚实基础。This paper summarized the effect of Huolong cupping therapy and nursing management in shortening the period of swelling in a patient with tibial plateau fracture before operation.Based on nursing assessment of primary indicators such as degree of swelling,pain,limb activity and skin temperature,targeted nursing interventions including reduction of swelling,pain control,and dietary guidance were carried out.Additionally,Huolong cupping therapy was applied to relieve the pre-operative swelling and pain,improve local microcirculation and lay a solid foundation for the preoperative preparation and postoperative rehabilitation of the patient.
