雷火灸联合中药熏蒸治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关干眼症1例护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结雷火灸联合中药熏蒸治疗1例睑板腺功能障碍相关干眼症患者的护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上,综合实施雷火灸治疗、中药熏蒸治疗以及睑板腺按摩,并同步强化患者的生活护理、饮食指导、药物使用管理和情志护理。通过多靶点的协同作用,能有效缓解患者眼睛干涩、畏光、流泪以及视物不能持久等症状,改善患者眼部不适。This article summarizes the therapeutic effects and nursing experience of applying Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine fumigation in a patient with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)-related dry eye.Based on comprehensive nursing assessments,Thunder-fire moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine fumigation therapies were implemented,accompanied by enhanced guidance on ability of activity of daily living,dietary,medication,and emotional care during treatment.The combination of Thunder-fire moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine fumigation could effectively alleviate symptoms of MGD-related dry eye and improved patient’s quality of life.
