摘　　要：本文总结多学科协作(MDT)模式下1例肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制合并输液港相关血流感染的护理实践经验。通过组建MDT团队,优化护理评估流程,精准识别患者需求,明确干预重点。积极采取抗感染措施,结合患者具体情况制定个体化营养支持方案,强化病情监测与动态评估,及时调整治疗策略。同时,针对患者及家属开展针对性心理护理和健康教育,提升其对疾病及护理措施的认知与依从性。通过多学科协同的综合干预,患者病情得到有效控制,导管功能恢复正常。This article summarized the multidisciplinary collaboration and nursing practice of bone marrow suppression combined with catheter-related bloodstream infection(CRBSI)of implanted port in a patient undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer.A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of a lung cancer patient who developed CRBSI after chemotherapyinduced myelosuppression.A multidisciplinary team was established to evaluate the nursing process,analyze patient needs and determine the key issues of intervention.Nurses had carried out actively anti-infective plan,developed individualized nutritional support programs based on the specific conditions of the patients,strengthened the monitoring and dynamic assessment of the condition,and adjusted the treatment strategies in a timely manner.In addition,targeted interventions on psychological state and healthcare knowledge were carried out improve awareness of disease and compliance with nursing.The MDT model facilitates timely identification and management of CRBSI.Standardized management and continuous improvement can effectively prevent and control port-related complications.
