摘 要:砂卵石地层渗透性强,采用降水方法时排水量巨大,最常用的高压喷射注浆技术的桩式帷幕在砂卵石地层中效果差。该文所介绍的新工艺在微观机理、整体工艺设计以及多项关键技术上进行了创新,并成功应用于北京某商务区最深基坑中,该工程帷幕内外水头差达10 m,是砂卵石地层采用桩式隔水帷幕取得显著效果的范例。此工艺的推广应用对其它区域砂卵石地层中隔水帷幕的设计施工具有借鉴意义。The permeability of sand and gravel formations is high,and when using dewatering methods,the drainage volume is huge.The most commonly used high-pressure jet grouting technology for pile curtains has poor effectiveness in sand and gravel formations.The new technology introduced in this paper has innovated in micro mechanism,overall process design,and several key technologies,and has been successfully applied to the deepest foundation pit in a Business District,Beijing.The water head difference between the inside and outside of the curtain of this project is up to 10 m,which is an example of the significant effect achieved by using pile-type waterproof curtain in sand and gravel formation.The promotion and application of this technology provide valuable reference for the design and construction of waterproof curtains in sand and gravel formations in other regions.
