摘　　要：揭示《普济方》软组织损伤方药应用规律,为中药化妆品处方遴选提供有益借鉴。收集整理书中与软组织损伤相关病症“打扑损伤”“从高坠下”“坠车落马”“伤折疼痛”“伤折恶血不散”“治诸伤折淋熨贴熁”“伤折风肿”“伤损止痛生肌”“落床损瘀”的治疗方剂,汇总各病症用药,采用构成比卡方检验方法,考察单药和药对应用差异。治打扑损伤方剂112首,剔除同药异名,实用药201种;治从高坠下方剂58首,实用药137种;治坠车落马方剂44首,用药120种;治伤折疼痛方剂37首,实用药99种;治伤折恶血不散收方28首,实用药74种;治诸伤折淋熨贴熁载方26首,实用药99种;治伤折风肿载方17首,实用药74种;治伤损止痛生肌载方12首,实用药44种;治落床损瘀载方9首,实用药28种。总计343首。统计分析表明,首选药为当归,常用药为桂心、没药、乳香和川芎。确认当归-桂心、当归-川芎、乳香-没药3组为首选药对,常用药对为当归-没药、桂心-川芎、当归-白芷、当归-赤芍4组。古代治疗软组织损伤偏重配伍温热药,首选和常用药物及药对,可对软组织损伤中药化妆品处方遴选产生一定的启示作用。This study reveals the application patterns of herbal prescriptions for soft tissue injuries in Pujifang,providing valuable references for the selection of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics.It collects and organizes treatment prescriptions related to soft tissue injuries,including“blunt trauma”,“falling from a height”,“accidental falls from carriage or horses”,“pain from fractures”,“stagnation of blood from fractures”,“herbal decoction shower,ironing with herbs through cloth,warm herbal plaster”,“swelling from fractures”,“pain relief and tissue regeneration from injuries”and“bruises from falling out of bed”.A total of 343 prescriptions were compiled,with statistical analysis indicating that the preferred herb is Danggui sinensis,while commonly used herbs include Guixin Heart,Myrrh,Frankincense,and Chuanxiong.The study identifies three preferred herb pairs:Danggui sinensis-Guixin Heart,Danggui sinensis-Chuanxiong,and Frankincense-Myrrh,along with four commonly used pairs:Danggui sinensis-Myrrh,Guixin Heart-Chuanxiong,Danggui sinensis-Bai Zhi,and Danggui sinensis-Chi Shao.Ancient treatments for soft tissue injuries emphasized the combination of warming herbs,and the identified preferred and commonly used herbs and pairs may provide insights for the selection of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics for soft tissue injuries.
