摘　　要：综述了元宝枫籽油的研究进展及其在化妆品领域的应用前景。元宝枫籽油富含不饱和脂肪酸、神经酸及多种维生素和矿物质,具有显著的抗氧化和抗炎特性。详细探讨了元宝枫籽油在化妆品、食品及医药等领域的应用潜力,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,包括成分机制解析、提取工艺优化及临床应用验证,以促进产业发展与公众健康。This review summarizes the research progress of ingot maple seed oil and its application prospects in the cosmetics field.Yuanbao maple seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids,nervonic acid,and various vitamins and minerals,exhibiting significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.The study explores its application potential in cosmetics,food,and medicine,and outlines future research directions,including composition mechanism analysis,extraction process optimization,and clinical application validation,to promote industrial development and public health.
