摘　　要：过去几十年里,生物活性材料在生物医学领域中得到了巨大的应用。在人体医学方面,许多身体组织,如牙齿、韧带、骨骼、肌腱和其他组织已经被这些生物材料成功取代;在药物研究方面,这些材料由于良好的机械稳定性、生物可降解性已被用作运输递送体系。近年来,一些先进的生物活性材料如具有再生功能的材料,因其可以有效地促进缺陷组织的修复,刺激胶原再生和修饰面部轮廓已被证明在医疗美容中具有良好的治疗和促进面部年轻化效果。并且随着医美热潮的兴起,相比于面部整形手术带来的高风险、高成本和伤口副作用等,轻医美、微整形逐渐在年轻群体中流行开来,与此同时促进了这些生物活性材料在组织修复和美容治疗方面更广泛的研究与应用。本文综述了这些先进生物活性材料在医疗美容领域的最新进展和临床应用。In the past few decades,bioactive materials have been widely used in the field of biomedicine.In human medicine,many body tissues,such as teeth,ligaments,bones,tendons,and other tissues,have been successfully replaced by these biomaterials;In drug research,these materials have been used as transportation and delivery systems due to their good mechanical stability and biodegradability.In recent years,some advanced bioactive materials,such as those with regenerative functions,have been proven to have good therapeutic and promoting facial rejuvenation effects in medical cosmetology due to their ability to effectively promote the repair of defective tissues,stimulate collagen regeneration,and modify facial contours.And with the rapid expansion of the medical cosmetology market,compared to the high risk,high cost,and wound side effects brought by facial plastic surgery,light medical beauty and micro plastic surgery are gradually becoming popular among young people,while promoting the wider research and application of these bioactive materials in tissue repair and cosmetic treatment.This article reviews the latest progress and clinical applications of these advanced biomaterials in medical cosmetology.
