摘 要:严重创伤后的大量失血是可预防性死亡的主要原因。随着医学技术的不断进步,现代止血方法已变得更加先进和多样化。止血水凝胶作为一种新型聚合物止血材料,能有效控制出血。相较于传统按压止血方式以及医用纱布绷带等止血材料,止血水凝胶的核心特性在于其高黏附性能迅速吸收血液并紧密密封伤口,从而快速止血,为组织修复创造有利条件。止血水凝胶还展现出了良好的生物相容性,在生物医学领域具有极高的应用价值。文章首先介绍了止血水凝胶的止血机制,然后详细阐述了其分类和制备方法,并进一步总结了其多功能特性的研究进展,最后提出了止血水凝胶面临的一些问题与挑战,展望了其未来的发展方向。Severe blood loss after trauma is a major cause of preventable death. With the continuous advancement of medical technology, modern hemostatic methods have become more advanced and diversified. Hemostatic hydrogels, as a new type of polymeric hemostatic material, can effectively control bleeding. Compared to traditional compression hemostasis methods and hemostatic materials such as medical gauze and bandages, the core characteristic of hemostatic hydrogels lies in their high adhesion, which can rapidly absorb blood and tightly seal wounds, thereby achieving rapid hemostasis and creating favorable conditions for tissue repair. Hemostatic hydrogels also exhibit good biocompatibility, making them highly valuable in the biomedical field. This article first introduces the hemostatic mechanism of hemostatic hydrogels, then elaborates on their classification,preparation methods, and further summarizes the progress of its multifunctional properties. Finally, it puts forward some problems and challenges faced by hemostatic hydrogels and looks forward to their future development directions.
