摘 要:肌腱损伤会严重影响人们的生活质量,而肌腱修复过程中常会引发肌腱粘连这一并发症,且目前并无有效的治疗方案。目前的防治方法大多以口服药和手术为主。研究发现,炎症反应、细胞行为、生长因子等都会影响肌腱粘连的形成。近年来,随着对肌腱愈合机制研究的不断深入以及材料科学的发展,肌腱损伤修复及肌腱粘连防治取得重大进展。文章介绍了肌腱愈合的过程,讨论了目前肌腱修复过程中防治肌腱粘连的各种手段,以期为临床防治提供参考。Tendon injury seriously affects people's live quality, and tendon adhesion often exists after tendon repair, and there is no effective treatment plan at present. Most of the prevention and treatment methods are mainly oral drugs and surgery. The study found that inflammatory reactions, cell behavior and growth factors can cause tendon adhesion. In recent years, with the corresponding research on the mechanism of tendon healing and the development of material science, significant progress has been made in the repair of tendon injury and the prevention and treatment of tendon adhesion. This article introduces the process of tendon healing and discusses various therapeutic treatment methods to prevent tendon adhesion in the repair process, so as to provide references for clinical prevention and treatment for tendon injury.
