摘　　要：浙江的昆剧《十五贯》是新中国戏曲史上第一个轰动全国的里程碑剧目。时任浙江省文化局局长的黄源从中起到了无可替代的关键作用。而这一关键作用的产生,源自其以往相关工作经验的深厚积累。早在1945年的浙东抗战根据地,黄源便组织新文艺工作者成立剧团、创作现代戏、改编传统戏,并对民营剧团“高升舞台”进行改制,以文艺形式配合抗战宣传;1949年起在上海华东局工作期间,领导民营剧团成立华东戏曲研究院,并将传统越剧《梁山伯与祝英台》整理改编成享誉中外的经典剧目;1955年调任浙江后,推出了“一出戏救活一个剧种”的剧目《十五贯》。因而,无论是浙江昆剧团从民营到国营的剧团改制,还是该剧目的策划、创编诸方面,都可在黄源的历史过往中,找到对应的渊源所在。The Kunqu Opera Fifteen Guan in Zhejiang Province is the first milestone play in the history of Chinese opera that caused a nationwide sensation.Huang Yuan,who was then the director of the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Culture,played an irreplaceable key role in it.The emergence of this key role stems from the profound accumulation of previous relevant work experience.As early as 1945 in the anti-Japanese base area of eastern Zhejiang,Huang Yuan organized new literary and artistic workers to establish a theater troupe,create modern plays,adapt traditional plays,and reorganize the private theater troupe“Gaosheng Stage”to cooperate with anti Japanese propaganda in the form of literature and art;Since 1949,while working at the East China Bureau in Shanghai,he led a private theater troupe to establish the East China Opera Research Institute and organized and adapted the traditional Yue opera Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai into a renowned classic play both domestically and internationally;After being transferred to work in Zhejiang in 1955,the play Fifteen Guan was released,which aimed to revive one genre with one play.Therefore,whether it is the restructuring of the Zhejiang Kunqu Opera Troupe from private to stateowned,or the planning and creation of the drama’s purpose,corresponding origins can be found in Huang Yuan’s historical past.
