摘　　要：文章研究了区域新质生产力的影响因素及其作用机制。以2009—2022年中国287个地级市为样本,通过面板数据模型和准自然实验方法,系统考察了区域新质生产力的关键影响因素及其作用机制。研究发现:新质生产力呈现东强西弱的区域梯度分布特征。资源禀赋与产业基础差异决定了不同区域新质生产力的发展路径;创新能力影响区域新质生产力发展的速度和质量,但技术创新的边际效应在不同区域表现出西部>中部>东部的差异化模式;产业集群对东部地区新质生产力形成的作用更为显著,反映了空间集聚效应的区域异质性;要素流动便利性有利于缩小区域新质生产力差距;政策干预对区域新质生产力发展具有显著促进作用,在西部地区效应最为明显。可通过完善区域差异化发展策略、差异化选择区域特色产业、构建多元化区域创新模式、推动要素高效流动与优化配置、完善区域政府与市场协同治理等方式加快区域新质生产力发展。This paper examines the influential factors and mechanisms of regional new quality productive forces.Using a sample of 287 prefecture-level cities in China from 2009 to 2022,we systematically investigate the key factors and their mechanisms through panel data models and quasi-natural experimental methods.The findings reveal that new quality productive forces demonstrate a regional gradient distribution with stronger development in the east and weaker development in the west.Resource endowments and industrial foundation differences determine the development paths of new quality productive forces in different regions;innovation capacity affects the speed and quality of development of regional new quality productive forces,but the marginal effects of technological innovation show a differentiated pattern of western>central>eastern regions;industrial clusters have more significant effects on the formation of new quality productive forces in eastern regions,reflecting regional heterogeneity in spatial agglomeration effects;the mobility of production factors helps narrow regional gaps in new quality productive forces;policy interventions significantly promote development of regional new quality productive forces,with the most pronounced effects in western regions.The development of regional new quality productive forces can be accelerated by improving differentiated regional development strategies,selecting distinctive regional industries,constructing diversified regional innovation models,promoting efficient factor mobility and optimal allocation,and enhancing coordinated governance between regional governments and markets.
