摘  要:本文介绍了静电除尘用高频变压器的波纹油箱结构形式,推导出波纹油箱散热设计的计算公式。在此基础上,完成了某大型燃煤电厂高频电源改造项目所用的容量为1.8A/80kV的高频变压器的波纹油箱设计,并进行了温升试验验证。结果表明,该设计可以满足高频变压器的散热要求。This paper introduces the structure of corrugated oil tank of high frequency transformers for electrostatic precipitator(ESP),and the design calculation formulas for the heat dissipation of the corrugated oil tank are derived.Based on derived formula,the design of the corrugated oil tank for high frequency transformer with a capacity of 1.8A/80kV used a large coal-fired power plant high frequency supply power upgraded project is completed.The temperature rise test of this high frequency transformer is verified,and the results show that it can meet the heat dissipation requirements of the high frequency transformer.
