摘 要:本文针对垃圾焚烧炉渣铁磁性物质传统提取方法提取准确率低、适用范围小的问题,提出一种新型提取方法,利用纯水作为提纯介质制作悬浮液,提高铁磁性物质浓度。利用悬浮液消解铁磁性物质后,进行两次磁选及沉淀、干燥等操作,解决提取效率低的问题。通过对铁磁性物质进行主要化学成分分析和组成矿物分析实现特性表征分析。最后通过实验,得到在本文提取方法与传统提取方法下提取出的铁磁性物质对比结果,本文提取方法的提取效率为97.45%,传统湿式提取法的提取效率仅为78.83%,证明了本设计方案的可行性。To address the problems of low precision and small scope of application of the traditional extraction method of ferromagnetic substances from waste incinerator slag,a new extraction method is proposed,which utilizes pure water as the purification medium to make a suspension to increase the concentration of ferromagnetic substances.After using the suspension to dissolve the ferromagnetic substances,two times of magnetic separation and precipitation,drying and other operations are carried out to solve the problem of low extraction efficiency.Through the main chemical composition analysis and composition mineral analysis of ferromagnetic substances to achieve the characterization analysis.Finally,through the experiments,the comparison results of the ferromagnetic substances extracted by this paper's extraction method and the traditional extraction method were obtained,and the extraction efficiency of this paper's extraction method was 97.45%,while the extraction efficiency of the traditional wet extraction method was only 78.83%,which has proven the viability of the present design scheme.
