摘　　要：本文以清代景德镇窑饮食器为研究对象,以清代景德镇瓷器的对外贸易为导向,通过采用文献梳理和图像分析的研究方法,分析清代景德镇饮食器不仅对欧洲社会的饮食方式、审美以及文化产生了深刻的影响,并且为欧洲社会提供了了解中国文化的媒介。This article takes Jingdezhen kiln tableware from the Qing Dynasty as the research object,and focuses on the foreign trade of Jingdezhen porcelain in the Qing Dynasty.By using literature review and image analysis research methods,it is argued that Jingdezhen tableware from the Qing Dynasty not only had a profound impact on the dietary,aesthetic,and cultural aspects of European society,but also provided a medium for European society to understand Chinese culture.
