摘　　要：“老厂”作为景德镇手工制瓷的重要基地,既是传统工艺的活态传承空间,亦是当代年轻人陶瓷创业的摇篮。在市场化改革、产业升级政策与城市更新的多重张力下,老厂长期处于动态变迁之中。然而,景德镇文旅热潮似乎并未激活其内生动力,反因局部拆迁导致生产空间碎片化、文化生态断裂,传统手工业社群面临“去根化”危机。本文以老厂为研究对象,通过田野调查与口述史方法,追溯其手工制瓷几个阶段的转型,剖析不同时期手工制瓷的技艺实践、价值体系及其与地方社会的互动逻辑。试图揭示:“老厂文化”的本质是以“流动的在地性”为核心的手工业生态,通过代际记忆维系技艺认同,并在与全球化、数字化的碰撞中持续重构自身意义。当前老厂的困境,实质是传统手工业空间在现代化进程中“保护—发展”二元悖论的缩影。As an important base for handmade ceramics in Jingdezhen,the"Old Factory"is not only a space for the living inheritance of traditional crafts,but also a cradle for contemporary young people to start their own business in ceramics.Under the multiple tensions of market reform,industrial upgrading policy and urban renewal,the old factory has been under dynamic change for a long time.However,the cultural tourism boom in Jingdezhen has not activated its endogenous power,but has led to the fragmentation of production space and cultural ecological rupture due to partial demolition and relocation,and the traditional handicrafts community is facing a crisis of"de-rooting".Taking the old factory as the research object,this paper traces the transformation of its handmade porcelain in several stages through field research and oral history methods,analyzing the technical practice,value system of handmade porcelain and its interactive logic with the local society in different periods.We try to reveal that the essence of the"old factory culture"is a handicraft ecology with the core of"fluidity and locality",which maintains the identity of skills through intergenerational memory,and continues to reconstruct its own significance in the collision with globalization and digitization.The current predicament of the"Old Factory"epitomizes the dichotomy of"protection and development"in the process of modernization of traditional handicraft spaces.
