村民参与乡村治理的意愿及影响因素研究

摘　　要：乡村有效治理是实现乡村振兴、促进乡村社会持续健康发展的重要途径,而增强村民参与乡村治理意愿是其应有之义。基于安庆市柳坪乡302份有效调研数据,利用二元Logistic回归模型探讨村民参与乡村治理意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明,文化程度、参与重要性认知、政策知识了解程度、村民互动频率、邻里信任度、法规制度完善度、居住环境满意度这些因素对村民参与意愿呈正向影响。据此提出切实维护村民利益、发挥村民主体作用、培育村民社会资本、优化村民参与环境等措施。Effective rural governance is an important way to achieve rural revitalization and pro⁃mote sustainable and healthy development of rural societies,and enhancing the willingness of villag⁃ers to participate in rural governance is its rightful purpose.This article is based on 302 valid survey responses from Liuping Township,Anqing City,and uses a binary logistic regression model to explore the factors influencing villagers'willingness to participate.The research results indicate that factors such as educational level,awareness of the importance of participation,understanding of policy knowledge,frequency of interaction among villagers,neighborhood trust,completeness of regulatory systems,and satisfaction with living environment significantily enhance villagers'willingness to par⁃ticipate.Based on this,measures are proposed to effectively safeguard the interests of villagers,leverage their primary role,cultivate their social capital,and optimize their participation environment.
