陇南优质水稻桂花球种质资源保护技术措施

摘　　要：做好陇南优质水稻桂花球种质资源保护工作,对培育新优水稻品种、提高水稻品质具有重要作用。采取查阅资料、走访老农户等方式,调查并搜集优质水稻桂花球的种质资源;再运用科学栽培技术种植,在苗期除杂、始穗期去杂去劣、齐穗到收获前除杂,利用穗选法留种,完成种子的提纯复壮工作。此外,还需要做好优质水稻桂花球种质资源的管理与利用工作,包括桂花球特征特性观测记录、种质资源圃规范化管理等。采取以上措施,可以保护优质水稻桂花球的种质资源。It is very important to protect the high-quality rice Guihuaqiu seed germplasm re⁃sources in Longnan,and to play an important role in cultivating new and excellent rice varieties and improving the quality of rice.Through literature review and visiting old farmers,the high-quality rice Guihuaqiu seed germplasm resources were investigated and collected;scientific cultivation technol⁃ogy was adopted;seed purification and restoration(including seedling period impurity removal,initial flowering period impurity and inferior removal,imp removal from full flowering to before harvest,and seed selection method)were used to manage and utilize the high-quality rice Guihuaqiu seed germ⁃plasm resources(observation and of the characteristics of quality rice Guihuaqiu,and standardized management of the germplasm resource garden).The technical measures were taken to protect the quality rice Guihuaqiu seed germplasm resources.
