摘 要:本文基于国家对乘用车内空气质量限量要求,研究建立了对乘用车内不同内饰部件挥发性有毒有害物质质量安全的风险分析数学模型。通过实验室数据计算结果分析表明,单项目不合格因子和综合风险值两个指标,能够从内饰部件本身质量方面比较客观准确地反映其散发有害物质的安全风险问题,为汽车主机厂进行工艺优化和车内空气质量控制提供可靠的参考数据。This study is conducted based on the national standards for air quality limits in passenger vehicles, and established a mathematical model for risk analysis regarding volatile toxic and harmful substances in various interior components of passenger vehicles. The analysis of laboratory data and computational results indicates that the two indicators of single item nonconformity factor and comprehensive quality and safety risk value objectively and accurately reflects the safety risks associated with the emission of toxic and harmful substances from interior components, offering reliable reference data for process optimization and air quality control in automotive original equipment manufacturers(OEMs).
