摘　　要：内皮间充质转化(endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition,EndMT)是指内皮细胞在一定条件下发生形态和功能上的改变,转变为具有间充质特性的细胞的过程。EndMT在心血管疾病、各种组织纤维化疾病及肿瘤等的病理发展中都有参与。该文综述了近期EndMT的研究进展,重点介绍其在心血管疾病中的重要参与作用及相关病理机制。Endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT)refers to the process in which endothelial cells undergo morphological and functional changes under certain conditions and are transformed into cells with mesenchymal characteristics.EndMT has been found to be involved in the pathological development of cardiovascular diseases,fibrotic diseases of various tissues and tumors.This article reviews the recent progress in research of EndMT,focusing on its important roles in cardiovascular diseases and related pathological mechanisms.
