摘 要:小麦是中国的主要粮食作物,农机产品作为小麦生产作业的重要工具之一,当前存在季节性闲置、综合成本过高、功能单一等问题,是小麦作业农机产品设计亟待关注的焦点。因此,基于模块化理论、小麦作业流程、小麦作业特点和相关作业农机产品功能结构方面的可行性研究,通过案例研究法、调查研究法,将小麦作业农机产品归纳为通用模块、专用模块、辅助模块和附加模块。提出以通用模块为基础单元,面向小麦作业流程,组合专用模块、辅助模块和附加模块,实现一机多能的模块化设计理念。最后通过实践应用进行验证。小麦作业农机产品模块化设计提升了使用率、降低了综合成本。Wheat is a major food crop in China.Agricultural machinery products serve as one of the important tools for wheat production.Currently,there are issues such as seasonal idleness,high comprehensive costs,and single functionality,which are urgent concerns for the design of agricultural machinery products for wheat operations.Therefore,based on the feasibility studies of modular theory,wheat operation processes,characteristics of wheat operations,and the functional structure of related agricultural machinery products,through case studies and survey research methods,the agricultural machinery products for wheat operations are categorized into ge neral modules,specialized modules,auxiliary modules,and additional modules.This paper proposes a modular design concept that uses general modules as the basic unit,combines specialized modules,auxiliary modules,and additional modules in line with the wheat operation process,to achieve multifunctionality.Finally,the concept is verified through practical application.The modular design of agricultural machinery products for wheat operations has improved utilization rates and reduced comprehensive costs.
