农耕祈福文化基因视角下农机产品造型设计

摘　　要：中国农业历史悠久,深受传统文化的影响。农耕祈福文化作为一个千年传承的文化体系,扎根于土地、季节和丰收的信仰之中。在此引入文化基因的概念,对农耕祈福文化进行挖掘和梳理,以蔬菜移栽机为例,进行农机产品造型设计。首先,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)建立农耕祈福文化基因的评价矩阵,并对其优秀文化基因进行筛选和排序;其次,利用形状文法(shape grammar)对权重值排序靠前且转化程度高的农耕祈福文化代表性基因进行选择和形态推演,得到特征形态;最后,将提取出的特征形态进行3D可视化转换,在农机产品造型设计中进行应用。依据农耕祈福文化基因结合AHP和形状文法等设计方法所设计的农机产品实例表明,该设计方法能够为农机产品的创新设计有效地提供一种独特的文化视角,为其他类型的农机产品设计提供新的参考,也有利于推动中国农耕文化在现代农机产品设计中的传承与发展。China has a long history of agriculture deeply influenced by traditional culture.The agricultural prayer culture,as a millennium-old cultural system,is rooted in beliefs related to the land,seasons,and harvests.This paper introduces the concept of cultural genes to explore and sort out the agricultural prayer culture,using the vegetable transplanter as an example for the design of agricultural machinery product modeling.Firstly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to establish an evaluation matrix for the agricultural prayer culture genes,and the excellent cultural genes are screened and ranked.Secondly,shape grammar is employed to select and morphologically deduce the representative genes of the agricultural prayer culture with high weight values and transformation degrees,obtaining characteristic forms.Finally,the extracted characteristic forms are transformed into 3D visualizations and applied in the design of agricultural machinery product modeling.The design of agricultural machinery products based on the agricultural prayer culture genes,combined with methods such as AHP and shape grammar,demonstrates that this design approach can effectively provide a unique cultural perspective for the innovative design of agricultural machinery products,offer new references for the design of other types of agricultural machinery,and promote the inheritance and development of China’s agricultural culture in the design of modern agricultural machinery products.
