基于NbS的洪泛区景观优化设计——以窑湾为例

摘  要:处于洪泛区的居住民众往往更容易受到洪涝灾害的侵扰。在基于自然的解决方案(nature-based solutions,简称NbS)理论上,根据DEM高程数据、坡度分析、实地勘察以及往年窑湾淹没范围影像搜集,对窑湾进行重新规划设计,再运用SWMM模型对比分析场地运用NbS改造后,对雨水地表径流有无控制作用。研究结果表明,在重现期为1、2、3、4、5年时,洪峰径流分别削减了56%、55%、55%、54%、53%,实施NbS措施对洪泛区减少洪涝灾害发生具有积极作用,研究结果为相关景观设计实践提供了参考意义。Residents living in floodplains are often more susceptible to flooding and waterlogging disasters.Based on the theory of nature-based solutions(NbS),this study conducted a replanning and design of Yaowan by utilizing DEM elevation data,slope analysis,on-site investigation,and collection of past flood submersion imagery of Yaowan.The SWMM model was then used to compare and analyze whether the site’s NbS transformation had a controlling effect on stormwater surface runoff.The research results show that during the return periods of 1,2,3,4,and 5 years,the peak flood runoff was reduced by 56%,55%,55%,54%,and 53% respectively.The implementation of NbS measures has a positive effect on reducing the occurrence of flood and waterlogging disasters in floodplains.The research findings provide a reference for related landscape design practi ces.
