城市更新视角下苏州平江路老宅的改造与更新

摘　　要：城市历史文化街区中的大量老宅面临生存危机,如何对这些老宅进行有效的保护以及适度的更新是学术界不断探索的课题,文章以苏州平江路经济堂为研究对象,基于城市更新需遵循的整体性发展、原真性保留、复合型改造三大原则,提出通过文脉传承、功能叠加、雅俗共赏、叙事体验这四大策略为老旧建筑空间的重塑提供一种设计的新思路,提升城市老建筑改造的空间利用效率,激活城市存量空间活力。A large number of old houses in urban historical and cultural districts are facing a survival crisis.How to effectively protect and appropriately renew these old houses is a subject that academia continues to explore.This article takes the Jingji Tang in Suzhou’s Pingjiang Road as the research object.Based on the three major principles of urban renewal that should follow—holistic development,authenticity preservation,and composite transformation—it proposes four strategies:cultural context inheritance,functional overlay,appreciation for both the refined and the popular,and narrative experience.These strategies provide a new design approach for the reshaping of old building spaces,improve the spatial utilization efficiency of urban old building transformations,and activate the vitality of the city’s existing space.
