摘　　要：厘清科普宣教馆设计要素对游客体验的影响,对高质量开展体验式生态教育活动至关重要。以大熊猫国家公园科普宣教馆为例,首先借助内容分析法对约4万字的访谈数据进行质性编码分析,从而构建游客体验测度模型,囊括场地与环境、功能与空间、材料与建造3个自变量,游客体验1个因变量,景观小品、展陈设计、建筑表皮、知识科普等18个测度因子。而后采用结构方程模型对163份有效问卷进行定量分析,最终揭示科普宣教馆设计要素对游客体验的影响关系。研究发现,场地与环境、功能与空间、材料与建造3类设计要素均对游客体验具有显著正向影响,且场地与环境要素的影响程度最大,不同要素对游客体验的影响存在差异性,游憩广场、植物绿化等设计要素影响最强。Clarifying the impact of design elements in science education museums on visitor experience is crucial for conducting high-quality experiential ecological education activities.Taking the Science Education Museum of Giant Panda National Park as an example,this study first employs content analysis to conduct qualitative coding analysis on approximately 40,000 words of interview data,thereby constructing a visitor experience measurement model.The model includes three independent variables:site and environment,function and space,materials and construction,and one dependent variable:visitor experience,encompassing 18 measurement factors such as landscape features,exhibition design,building facade,and science popularization.Subsequently,structural equation modeling(SEM)is used to conduct quantitative analysis on 163 valid questionnaires,ultimately revealing the impact of design elements in science education museums on visitor experience.The study finds that the three types of design elements—site and environment,function and space,materials and construction—.all have a significant positive impact on visitor experience,with the site and environment elements having the greatest influence.Different elements have varying impacts on visitor experience,with recreational plazas and plant greening being the most influential design elements.
