摘  要:本文简述了磷酸铁锂电池的安全特性,它在众多种类的锂离子电池中安全性最好。总结了磷酸铁锂电池产生热失控的原因,多为锂电池滥用导致,包括过充电、外部短路、壳体变形和刺穿等。同时描述了磷酸铁锂电池发生热失控时的六个阶段,以及每个阶段的现象。最后,总结了从使用环境、电芯设计、储存SOC、过充倍率、温度监测和冷却液管路设计等多个方面来预防和处理磷酸铁锂电池热失控的方法,这为磷酸铁锂电池在生命周期内的安全使用提供了解决方案。This paper briefly describes the safety characteristics of lithium iron phosphate battery,which has the best safety performance among many kinds of lithium ion batteries.The causes of thermal runaway of lithium iron phosphate battery are summarized,which are mainly caused by the abuse of lithium battery,including overcharge,external short circuit,shell deformation and puncture.At the same time,this paper describles six stages of thermal runaway of lithium iron phosphate battery and the phenomenon of each stage.Finally,the methods to prevent and deal with thermal run away of lithium iron phosphate battery from the application environment,cell design,storage SOC,overcharge rate,temperature monitoring,coolant pipeline design and other aspects are summarized,which provide solutions for the safe use of lithium iron phosphate battery in the life cycle.
