摘 要:氢气易燃易爆且易泄露,氢气的加注、存储、供给等模块的安全性是氢燃料动力船舶应用的关键。为保障船舶运行安全,制定防范措施,本文对其燃料动力系统进行氢气泄露风险分析,建立氢气泄露、扩散模型,并结合船舶具体条件,采用CFD方法计算模拟不同泄漏孔径、泄漏质量流量、泄漏位置情况下氢气泄露扩散分布特点,为氢气泄露后采取紧急应对措施提供参考。Hydrogen is flammable,explosive,and prone to leakage.The safety of modules such as hydrogen refuelling,storage,and supply is crucial for the application of hydrogen fuel powered ships.To ensure the safety of ship operation and formulate preventive measures,this article conducts a risk analysis of hydrogen leakage in its fuel power system,establishes a hydrogen leakage and diffusion model,and uses the CFD method to calculate and simulate the distribution characteristics of hydrogen leakage and diffusion under different leakage apertures,leakage mass flow rates,and leakage locations,based on specific conditions of the ship.The analysis result provides a reference for emergency response measures after hydrogen leakage.
