摘　　要：简述了特大直径无缝管的应用与挑战、生产现状与工艺质量标准。主要论述了我国特大直径无缝管生产工艺及其发展现状,对比介绍和分析了特大直径无缝管各种加工方式的工艺原理、流程、优缺点,以及国内企业相关加工设备的配置和产品情况。提出了未来钢管行业的发展方向:材料性能在壁厚方向的均质化,组织性能的控制,壁厚均匀性的提高,超薄壁钢管的精密加工和高合金或特种合金的加工。Briefed here in the paper are the application,the market challenge,the current production situation and the technological quality standard,etc.of the extra large-sized seamless steel tube.Also focused on detailed elaboration of the domestic production process and the present development situation of the said tube.Furthermore comparative introduction and analysis are conducted,involving the process principle,the material,the flow,and the advantages and disadvantages of different processing methods for the extra large-sized steel tube as well as the configurations and product statuses related to the tube production of relevant domestic companies.Finally suggestions are proposed concerning issues such as the future development direction of domestic steel tube industry,the homogenization in the wall thickness direction of the material performance,the improvement of the wall thickness uniformity,the precision processing of extra light-walled steel tube,and the processing of hi-alloy and special alloy.
