摘 要:探讨了全氧燃烧技术为核心的环形炉加热智能绿色低碳改造项目的核心内容和技术实施方案,介绍了氧气和燃气的管网改造、全氧烧嘴布置、仪表控制系统及智能燃烧系统组成等;用生产数据验证其效益。改造后,全氧燃烧技术显著减少了管坯的加热周期,优化了炉内热能分布,实现了温度场的均匀化,进而提高了生产效率和产品质量,氮氧化物排放吨位降低98%,燃料消耗降低28%以上。全氧燃烧技术在环形加热炉上的成功应用,为钢铁行业绿色发展和节能降耗提供了技术借鉴和实践案例。Discussed here in the essay are the core contents of the full oxygen combustion technology-based intelligent,green,and low carbon modification project of the circular furnace heating process,involving such aspects as the improving of the oxygen and gas pipe networks,full oxygen burner arrangement,instrument control system and the configuration of the intelligent combustion system,etc.The benefit as produced from the modification project is verified with relevant production data.Thanks to the modification,the full oxygen combustion technology has tremendously shortened the billet heating cycle of the circular furnace,and got the in-furnace heat distribution optimized,and the temperature field uniformed so as to get the productivity and the product quality improved.Moreover the emission tonnage of the nitrogen oxides is reduced by 98%,and the fuel consumption is decreased by at least 28%.The successful application of the full oxygen combustion technology to the circular heating furnace has provided technical reference and practical case for green development and energy-saving and consumption reduction of the iron and steel industry.
