摘 要:传统的20Mn2起重吊臂用钢管存在生产周期长、能耗大和成本高以及易产生偏心、脱碳等降低钢管疲劳寿命的问题。研究采用控冷控轧方式、材料低合金化、塑性变形和热处理等生产出高强度连轧卷,再经过高频直缝焊、焊缝热处理生产出QSTE550高强度焊接钢管技术路线,该工艺能降低环境污染、减少能耗、提高制造效率及提升产品品质,已成为起重吊臂选材的重要趋势。As for production of the conventional 20Mn2 steel pipe used for crane boom service,there exist number of problems such as long production cycle,high energy consumption and cost,and frequently-encountered eccentricity,and decarbonization which leads to reducing the fatigue life of the steel pipe.To overcome such problems,a technical path with necessary countermeasures as worked out via relevant research are taken,including TMCP(thermal-mechanical control process),low alloying of the material,plastic deformation and heat treatment to produce hi-strength continuouslyrolled steel coil,and then adopting HF ERW process and weld heat treatment to produce QSTE550 high strength welded steel pipe.The said process features such advantages as reduction of the environment pollution,reducing the energy consumption,enhancing the manufacturing efficiency and improving the product quality,having been an important trend for selecting materials for the crane boom.
