摘 要:为解决城市水资源各类信息系统多且分散、数据共享难以及管理环节不完整等问题,本文提出利用GIS、物联网、云计算以及大数据等技术进行城市水资源综合管理信息平台建设的方案,重点介绍了平台建设的水资源成果“一张图”、监测“一张网”、用水“一本账”和管水“一盘棋”四大核心内容,阐述了平台实现的框架、功能模块以及关键技术,实现了对城市水资源的全面、精细化管理,提升了水资源的可持续利用水平。In order to solve the problems of multiple and scattered information systems for urban water resources,difficulties in data sharing and incomplete management processes,this paper puts forward the construction scheme of urban water resources integrated management information platform by using such advanced technologies as GIS,Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data.It introduces the four core contents of the platform construction,namely"one map"of water resources products,"one network"of monitoring,"one account"for water usage,and"one chess board"for water management,and elaborates on the framework,functional modules and key technologies used for platform implementation,which realizes the comprehensive and scientific management of urban water resources and improves the sustainable utilization level of water resources.
