摘　　要：实景三维建设是新时期测绘地理信息事业服务经济社会发展和生态文明建设的新定位、新需求,是测绘地理信息服务的发展方向和基本模式。本文从乡村规划编制所用大比例尺地形数据入手,总结了一套村庄规划大比例尺地理信息数据整合生产实景三维数据的思路并进行实际应用,为乡村规划、建设、监管提供实景底板和依据,助力乡村全面振兴。Realistic 3D construction is a new positioning and demand for serving the economic and social development and ecological civilization construction of the surveying and mapping geographic information industry in the new era,and it is also the development direction and basic model of surveying and mapping geographic information services.This paper takes the compilation of large-scale geographic information data for rural planning as an opportunity to summarize a set of ideas for integrating and producing realistic 3D data from large-scale topographic maps in village planning.It can provide a real background and basis for rural planning,construction,and supervision,and ensure the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
