建筑工程竣工测量中不同三维激光扫描技术精度对比研究

摘  要:随着建筑行业的快速发展,三维激光扫描技术以其高效率、高精度的特性,在建筑工程竣工测量中扮演着日益重要的角色。本文以某幼儿园竣工测量为例,通过RTC360架站式和移动背包三维扫描技术分别测量30处分布均匀的明显地物点、特殊点,并与全站仪的测量结果进行对比,分析建筑竣工测量中不同三维激光扫描方式的测量精度。研究结果表明,RTC360架站式和Pegasus:Backpack移动背包三维扫描结果在X方向上与全站仪测量结果相差的最小值分别为0.1cm和0.59cm,在Y方向上相差最小值分别为0和-13.31cm,高程相差最小值分别为-0.11cm和0.81cm。结果说明,Pegasus:Backpack移动背包扫描技术所得测量结果与全站仪间的差值均大于RTC360架站式三维激光扫描技术,RTC360架站式三维激光扫描技术测量精度较高。同时,考虑Pegasus:Backpack移动背包扫描技术测量时的便捷性,可在建筑工程竣工测量中将两种测量方式结合使用,以提高工程的测量精度和效率。With the rapid development of the construction industry,3D laser scanning technology plays an increasingly important role in completion surveying of construction projects due to its high efficiency and accuracy.This paper uses gantry and mobile backpack 3D scanning technology to survey 30 evenly distributed ground points and special points by taking a kindergarten as an example,and it compares the measurements with those from the total station to analyze the accuracy by different surveying methods in building completion surveying.The results show that the minimum difference of the surveying results between the 3D scanning technology and the total station is 0.1 cm and 0.59 cm in the X direction,0 cm and-13.31 cm in the Y direction,and-0.11 cm and 0.81 cm in the vertical direction,respectively.The results show that the difference between the measurements obtained by Pegasus:Backpack mobile backpack scanning technology and the total station is greater than those of the gantry RTC3603D laser scanning technology,and the latter can obtain higher accuracy.Considering the convenience of Pegasus:Backpack mobile backpack scanning technology in surveying,the mentioned two methods can be combined and used in engineering to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the construction projects.
