摘  要:为探究外源赤霉素(GA_3)对盐胁迫的缓释效应,盐胁迫下施加不同浓度GA_3(0、20、40、80、160 mg·L~(-1))处理,测定玉米幼苗形态指标和生理指标。结果表明:外源GA_3增加了盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的叶面积、株高、根长及根尖数,提高了过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素相对含量,降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量。综上,喷施GA_3后,幼苗生理活性提高,盐胁迫对幼苗生长发育的影响明显减弱,缓解效应以浓度为80 mg·L~(-1)最为明显。To explore the alleviating effect of exogenous gibberellin(GA3)on salt stress,different concentrations of GA3(0,20,40,80,and 160 mg·L-1)were applied under the salt stress simulated by sodium chloride,and we measured the morphological and physiological indexes of corn seedlings.The research results showed that exogenous GA3 increased the leaf area,plant height,root length,and number of root tips of corn seedlings under salt stress,improved the activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),the contents of soluble sugars and the relativecontents of chlorophyll.However,it reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA).In conclusion,after spraying GA3 on seedlings,the impact of salt stress on the growth and development of seedlings is significantly weakened by increasing the physiological activity of seedlings,and the alleviating effect is the most obvious at a concentration of 80 mg·L-1.
