摘 要:为研究自然保护地整合优化前后温州市自然保护地格局变化情况,优化保护地规范管理,推动生态修复提供扎实基础,更好地发挥自然保护地在提升生物多样性方面的作用,采用景观生态学方法对自然保护地空间格局和异质性进行研究,选取景观斑块类型总面积(CA)、最大斑块面积指数(LPI)、景观多样性指数(SHDI)等指数对温州市整合优化前后的自然保护地的景观格局进行分析。结果表明,自然保护地整合优化后,呈现出明显的不规则化趋势,景观破碎化程度整体有所改善,景观丰富度有下降趋势,景观格局较整合优化前分布更为不均匀。综上,自然保护地整合优化改善了温州市自然保护地生态系统景观破碎化,但景观的丰富度和均匀性等多样性指数降低,后期需进一步提升区域景观多样性。The study aimed to investigate the pattern changes of natural protected areas in Wenzhou before and after integration and optimization,optimize the standardized management of protected areas,promote ecological restoration,and establish a solid foundation for better leveraging the role of natural protected areas in enhancing biodiversity.The study applied landscape ecology methods to investigate the spatial patterns and heterogeneity of natural protected areas.The landscape pattern of natural protected areas in Wenzhou before and after integration and optimization was analyzed by selecting indexes,such as Total Area(CA),Largest Patch Index(LPI),and Shannon’s Diversity Index(SHDI).The results showed that after the integration and optimization of natural protected areas,there was an obvious trend of irregularity.The degree of landscape fragmentation was generally improved as a whole.The landscape richness showed a downward trend,and the landscape pattern was more unevenly distributed compared with that before the integration and optimization.In summary,the integration and optimization of nature reserves,the landscape fragmentation of the ecosystem is improved,but the diversity indexes such as landscape richness and evenness are reduced.It is necessary to further enhance the regional landscape diversity in the later stage.
