摘  要:传统的小规格棒材主要采用切分轧制生产,目前常见的是三切分和四切分轧制。产品尺寸精度差,通条负差不均匀,调整困难,切分后各条轧件尺寸不一。唐钢新区长材事业部高速棒材作业区(以下简称高棒)采用国内第一条国产双线高速轧制生产小规格棒材,精轧机采用重载碳化钨辊环,改善了切分轧制尺寸精度低、表面质量差的缺陷,也有效的解决了单线高速轧制小规格棒材产量低的缺陷。本文围绕高速棒材夹尾器展开,重点阐述其常见事故,深入分析事故原因,针对这些问题,提出了相应的解决方法,旨在减少夹尾器事故发生率,保障高速棒材生产的稳定与高效。The traditional small-size bar is mainly produced by slit rolling,and at present,three-slit rolling and four-slit rolling are common.The dimensional accuracy of the product is poor,the negative difference of the bar is uneven,and it is difficult to adjust.After splitting,the sizes of the rolled pieces are different.The high-speed bar operation area(hereinafter referred to as high bar)of excellent talent Division of Tangshan Iron and Steel New District adopts the first domestic double-line high-speed rolling to produce small-size bars,and the finishing mill adopts heavy-duty tungsten carbide roller rings,which improves the defects of low dimensional accuracy and poor surface quality of slitting rolling and effectively solves the defect of low output of small-size bars rolled by single-line high speed.This paper focuses on the high-speed bar tail gripper,focusing on its common accidents,deeply analyzing the causes of the accidents,and aiming at these problems,puts forward corresponding solutions,aiming at reducing the accident rate of the tail gripper and ensuring the stability and efficiency of high-speed bar production.
