摘 要:对低碳钢生产过程中LF精炼渣脱硫能力进行了理论分析与工业试验,结果表明:优化精炼渣成分,提高精练渣硫分配比,选择合适的渣量可有效提高脱硫效率。通过相关模型对LF精炼渣硫容量和硫分配比进行计算,发现模型计算值可信度较高,对现场实际生产具有指导意义。The desulfurization capacity of LF refining slag in the production of low carbon steel is theoretically analyzed and industrial test is carried out.The results show that the desulfurization efficiency can be effectively improved by optimizing the composition of refining slag,improving the sulfur distribution ratio of refining slag and selecting the appropriate amount of slag.Through the calculation of sulfur capacity and sulfur distribution ratio of LF refining slag by relevant models,it is found that the calculated value of the model has high reliability and has guiding significance for on-site actual production.
