摘　　要：5月7日上午9时,国新办举行新闻发布会,中国人民银行行长潘功胜、国家金融监督管理总局局长李云泽、中国证券监督管理委员会主席吴清介绍“一揽子金融政策支持稳市场稳预期”有关情况。期间,中国人民银行宣布自2025年5月8日起降息,5月15日起降准。没多久,降息降准的消息便传至全网。在我看来,这波操作并不偶然。其实自年初开始,降息便开始酝酿。我记得在两会时就有报道今年将择机降息降准,如今实锤落地,顿时在各界激起千层浪。At 9 a.m.on May 7,the State Council Information Office held a press conference.Pan Gongsheng,governor of the People's Bank of China,Li Yunze,minister of the National Financial Regulatory Administration,and Wu Qing,chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission,introduced the relevant situation of"a package of financial policies to stabilize the market and expectations".During this period,the People's Bank of China announced that it would cut interest rates from May 8,2025,and cut the reserve requirement ratio from May 15.Not long after,the news of the interest rate cut and reserve requirement ratio cut spread to the entire network.
