摘　　要：关税变革不仅给经济全球化带来重要影响,更深度影响全球产业发展。近期,美国不断对外加征关税的举动,引起国际社会的强烈不满。由于美国对外关税的不断调整,全球产业链受到重大打击。受此影响,外贸发展与产业展会需要及时调整战略布局,随时做好应变。其实,美国通过对外发动关税博弈来获利的举动由来已久。早在上世纪30年代,时任美国总统胡佛就通过《斯姆特-霍利关税法》,对外加征收高额关税重整国内市场、重建美国工业体系,以摆脱经济危机。Tariff changes not only have a significant impact on economic globalization but also deeply affect global industrial development.Recently,the United States'continuous imposition of tariffs on other countries has aroused strong dissatisfaction from the international community.Due to the constant adjustment of the United States'external tariffs,the global industrial chain has suffered a major blow.As a result,foreign trade development and industrial exhibitions need to promptly adjust their strategic layouts and be ready to adapt at any time.In fact,the United States'move to profit from launching tariff wars against other countries has a long history.As early as the 1930s,then US President Hoover passed the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act,imposing high tariffs on foreign goods to revitalize the domestic market and rebuild the American industrial system in order to escape the economic crisis.However,in today's wave of economic globalization,the act of engaging in tariff wars goes against the trend and is a poor strategy.Currently,the development of the global economy and industries is completely dependent on industrial globalization and financial globalization.The relationships among industrial chains are intricate and interrelated.Among them,the exhibition industry has played a significant role.As an important carrier for promoting foreign trade development,the exhibition industry has taken on a heavy responsibility in the process of globalization.Tariff changes not only pose a huge challenge to the development of the global exhibition industry but also severely affect industrial exhibitions.Therefore,in the face of the new situation brought about by tariff changes,the external layout of industrial exhibitions and the development trend of foreign trade exhibitions have become the focus of the industry.
